- High School Athletics Secretary (.5 FTE) & High and Middle School Library Assistant (.5 FTE)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
SALARY:
- Athletic Secretary-$17.23 - $23.24 per hour depending upon experience and negotiated wage scale
- Library Assistant -$17.66 – $23.33 per hour depending upon experience and negotiated wage scale
STARTING DATE:
- August 2026
- Position is a 206-day calendar (August-June)
- Position is 188 days for Library Assistant
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking skills (for Instructional Assistants in English Language Learners classrooms).
- Computer entry
- Ability to operate standard office machines, including computer, calculator, copy machine, and
- Ability to comply with established policies or procedures necessary to complete job functions, with limited supervision.
- Exercise diplomacy and tact when dealing with staff and maintain a high level of
- Respect confidential
- Evidence of good leadership and citizenship
- An interest in
- Ability to communicate well with adults and
- Prior job-related experience recommended but not
- Have a First Aid card, as requested by supervisor; and
